Returns

If you would like to request a refund of your item/items please do so within 14 days of receiving your goods any requests outside this time frame can not be processed. The items must be completely unused and in there original packaging we can not except refunds if you have used the item (for example one cube in a pack of wax melts is used)please ensure you are happy with the smell before you try as we cannot do anything once the item has been used, the same applies to a candle that has been lit. The items must be in a re-saleable condition.

To initiate a return please email us on the following address ;

please include on this email the order number and list the items you would like to return and reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for further instructions for your return once email has been sent.

You must pay the return postal cost. We recommend using a signed for service to guarantee proof of delivery back to us. We will not refund or be responsible for any items lost or not received.

You must ensure your items are securely packed, if we receive them back damaged this is your responsibility and we cannot complete the refund.

Goods will be credited to the original method of payment this can take up to 7 working days from the day we receive, (minus any shipping costs when originally purchased)

Products given as a gift can only be returned by the original purchaser.

Bundles/gift sets must be returned as a complete set not as individual items this will not be accepted.

 

Please bear in mind that we make every single item by hand so some items may have slight imperfections this is not a valid reason to return with a hand made item so if this is not something for you we advise not to order.




Damaged goods

Although we take every precaution to get your items to you as safely as possible on the rare occasion breakage/damage can occur in transit. If you receive a damaged item please send us an email with detailed description of how your item has arrived to you also send clear pictures showing this including your order number. If the pictures do not match the description of the damage we cannot address this as damaged goods so please be vigilant when documenting your pictures.
